Thank you for booking your activities with Trembali. We strive to ensure your experience is seamless; however, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Cancellation by Participant
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation notice:
More than 7 days before the scheduled activity: 100% Refund (minus any payment gateway or administrative fees).
3 to 7 days before the scheduled activity: 50% Refund.
Less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity or No-Show: Non-Refundable.
2. Changes and Rescheduling
Participants may request to reschedule their activity up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability and any price differences.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may incur a surcharge depending on the specific activity provider’s policy.
3. Cancellation by Trembali (Force Majeure)
Your safety is our priority. Trembali or our operators reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to:
Extreme weather conditions (e.g., high waves, heavy storms).
Natural disasters or volcanic activity.
Government-imposed restrictions.
Technical issues with transportation (e.g., boat engine failure).
In these cases, participants will be offered:
A full reschedule to an alternative date.
An alternative activity of equal value.
A full refund if no alternative is acceptable.
4. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [Insert Email] or via our official WhatsApp.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be sent via the original payment method or bank transfer as agreed upon.
