PT. TRI EMAS MANUNGGAL (Trem Bali) Effective Date: January 31, 2026
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the Trembali Affiliate Program. By registering as an Affiliate on product.trembali.com, you agree to the following:
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
Approval: Trembali reserves the right to review and approve or reject any Affiliate application.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate contact and payment information (Bank Account/PayPal) to ensure successful commission payouts.
2. Promotion & Conduct
Authorized Links: Affiliates must use the unique referral links provided by the Trembali system.
Ethical Marketing: You agree not to engage in “spam” marketing, deceptive advertising, or any practice that could harm the reputation of PT. TRI EMAS MANUNGGAL.
Branding: You may use Trembali logos and marketing materials provided in the Affiliate Dashboard. You may not alter these materials without written consent.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on “Trembali” or “Trem Bali” keywords in Google Ads or other search engines to compete with our official traffic.
3. Commission & Payouts
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a commission of [Insert %] on every successful booking completed through their link.
Validation: Commissions are only “Earned” once the guest has successfully completed their tour or activity (Status: Trip Completed).
Cancellations: If a guest cancels a booking or receives a refund, the corresponding commission will be voided.
Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed on the [Insert Date, e.g., 5th or 10th] of each month, provided the minimum balance of IDR [Insert Amount] is met.
4. Relationship of Parties
Independent Contractor: Affiliates are independent contractors. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship between the Affiliate and PT. TRI EMAS MANUNGGAL.
Tax Responsibility: Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes due on commissions received under local laws.
5. Term & Termination
Duration: This agreement begins upon your acceptance into the program and ends when terminated by either party.
Termination for Cause: Trembali may terminate this agreement immediately and forfeit any unpaid commissions if the Affiliate violates any terms of this agreement (e.g., fraudulent bookings or brand damage).
6. Limitation of Liability
Trembali is not liable for any indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to system technical failures or tracking errors, though we strive to maintain 100% system uptime.
